- Initial Inquiry by Client
You contact us either by e-mail or telephone and set forth your general objectives for outsourcing. We will respond within 24 hours.
- Conduct a “Needs Assessment”
After discussing your general objectives, we will conduct a “needs assessment” to allow us to custom-fit the outsource solution to the particular structure and needs for your firm. This assessment may occur onsite at your firm or by telephone or e-mail and will be provided at no cost to your firm.
- Develop a Customized Outsource Process
Our personnel will work with you to develop a customized outsource process which addresses your firm’s particular needs and objectives.
- Training Period
We train your key personnel on the customized outsource process and will make our personnel available onsite to monitor the progress and provide training as needed.
- Test the Process
We will conduct a test run of the outsource process for an initial period at no-cost to your firm so that its success can be evaluated by your key personnel and our team.
