| CADASYST’s hourly rate is $15.00 to $30.00, depending on the complexity of the project. We offer our services in two billing options: |

| A per-project basis is for clients who wish to utilize our services occasionally or for overflow work on an as-needed basis. The projects are typically short term and charged a pre-determined price based on an estimate of hours and number of team members required to complete the project. |

| This billing option is also recommended for new clients who have decided to outsource after the initial test period. |

| Within the dedicated team scenario, CADASYST provides a team or draftsperson who works solely for a particular client. Essentially, this team or draftsperson becomes an extension of the client’s organization and becomes fluent in the standards and requirements of their client in order to facilitate a seamless and synergetic delivery method. The projects are on-going and the client is charged monthly based on an agreed hourly rate. |

| This billing option is recommended for clients who are familiar with the outsource process and/or anticipate a consistent need for outsourcing over a period of three or more months. |
